Catholic Charities is seeking a part-time Security Guard in Rochester to protect employees, clients and visitors. Under general supervision, you will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents, ensuring a trauma-informed, safe environment.

The role requires an associate degree (preferred), NYS Security Guard Registration, and at least two years of security experience. Driving license preferred. Schedule is Sat-Sun 11pm-7am with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• NY State Security Guard Registration required.
• Minimum of two years security guard experience.
• Experience in trauma-informed care environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required.
• Patrol assigned area to protect clients, staff, and property.
• Control access ingress/egress and monitor burglar and fire alarm systems.
• Manage program parking and coordinate with towing contractors as needed.
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates; ensure building security and deter unauthorized access.
• Notify police or emergency responders as required and document incidents.
