Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Customer Assistance Rounds in Chillicothe, IL to protect clients across manufacturing and industrial locations. You will perform routine unarmed patrols, deter incidents, and provide welcoming service to employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify entry as directed, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate observations, concerns, and operational issues to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts in a timely manner.
