Job summary

Hilton Denver City Center is seeking a Security Officer to patrol the property, respond to incidents, and protect guests and assets. You will investigate complaints, document incidents, and enforce safety policies with a focus on rapid, professional intervention.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in loss prevention, CPR/First Aid certification, and strong communication. Physical readiness and teamwork are essential for 24/7 operations in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years prior experience in loss prevention.
• CPR and First Aid certification; good communication skills.
• Ability to communicate through a portable radio; second language may be required.
• Excellent hearing and vision for safety and emergencies.
• Ability to complete reports and logs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property on a regular basis.
• Respond to guest complaints and investigate with urgency.
• Search for and report unusual situations, safety violations or threats.
• Document daily security reports and incident logs.
• Complete forms to document losses or injuries.
• Follow disaster and emergency policies; assist during alarms and perform first aid as needed.
• Conduct investigations of security incidents.
• Enforce property no-solicitation policy.
