Job summary

Responsibilities include incident documentation, de-escalation when needed, basic first aid, and coordinating with supervisors. Requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license; BLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Basic computer skills including Windows, Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret safety policies and reports.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Knowledge of access control and CCTV systems preferred.
• Ability to perform in crisis and stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Performs security tasks and reports unusual activities to supervision.
• Responds to alarms and provides appropriate assistance.
• Operates radios and safety equipment; adheres to policies.
• Maintains facility lockdowns and screens visitors after hours.
• Documents crimes and safety incidents in required formats.
• Intervenes in disputes using de-escalation techniques.
• Administers basic first aid when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
