Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a night shift, full-time Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will patrol premises, monitor surveillance, and enforce security policies to prevent theft and unauthorized access.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma, CLEET Armed Security Officer, driver’s license, IAHSS Basic (within 6 months), BLS within 14 days, CPI (within 90 days), and ongoing firearm and handcuffing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CLEET Armed Security Officer.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• IAHSS Basic level (within 6 months of hire).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• CPI (within 90 days of hire)
• Maintain annual firearm and handcuffing certification
• OC gel spray certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and enforcing security policies.
• Help prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access while ensuring the safety of patients, visitors, staff, equipment, supplies, facilities, and hospital contents.
