This position protects life and property at Hillcrest Hospital Cushing, a 99‑bed community‑owned facility offering a full range of services including emergency care, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, diagnostic imaging, withdrawal stabilization, wound care, and urology.

Responsibilities

• The Security Officer plays a critical role in protecting the life and property of all persons on Hillcrest Hospital Cushing premises and patrols hospital buildings and grounds to prevent fire, theft, and vandalism.
• Secures, unlocks, and protects hospital buildings.
• Responds to security needs of hospital personnel, patients, and visitors.
• This position is safety sensitive.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of proper firearm use and safety required.

Preferred Job Requirements
