Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience as Security Guard or in related security role.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular rounds observing premises and individuals.
• Take action to ensure proper conduct is followed.
• Investigate vandalism/theft and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Prepare reports of infractions.
• Report questionable conduct to supervisor.
• Direct and control traffic at parking areas.
• Assist in security training and searches when residents walk away or escape.
• Remove unruly individuals and detain until authorities arrive.
• Dispatch facility vehicles and arrange repairs as needed.
• Transport staff/residents as needed.
• Support fire prevention inspections and responses to alarms.
