Qualifications

• High school diploma or 10 years of work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and willing to become an armed officer.
• Must pass a psychological evaluation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Protects property and staff by conducting interior and exterior rounds and monitoring parking areas.
• Promotes safety and assists with escorts, checks doors, and reports hazards.
• Responds to emergencies, assists with evacuations and provides post-incident support.
• Maintains professional customer service when interacting with staff and patients.
• Documents incidents and logs and uses the video system to review events.
• Operates patrol vehicle as needed and enforces hospital policies.
