Job summary

Allied Universal in Franklin Lakes, NJ seeks a Security Officer Entry Credential Driver to protect clients in healthcare and other settings. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and uphold a secure, welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service.

This driving role requires a valid driver’s license in the job state and a background check and drug screen. The position offers full-time hours with a set night schedule and opportunities for training,

Qualifications

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Background check and drug screen are required as conditions of employment.
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
Guard card/license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, staff, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
Monitor and control access to healthcare and other areas by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs.
Respond to access-related incidents and alarms, escalating as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeters to identify unusual activity.
Maintain accurate reports and records of visitor activity, access events, and shift activities.
