Job summary

Securitas US is seeking an University Security Officer for Access Control and Bike Patrol. This part-time role pays $20.75 per hour to start and requires night shifts (11 PM – 7 AM) on Fridays and Saturdays.

Primary duties include monitoring premises, patrolling, and delivering strong customer service while enforcing site rules. Qualified candidates will hold a CT Guard Card, CT driver's license with reliable transport, a HS diploma or GED, and at least two years in security.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut State Guard Card required.
• Active Connecticut State Driver's License with reliable transportation and clean MVR.
• 2 years of security experience required; military/law enforcement may substitute.
• Bicycle riding required.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor premises and patrol a variety of locations.
• Preserve order and enforce site regulations and directives.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and visitors.
