Job summary

Allied Universal Security Services is seeking a Security Flex Officer for a Residential site in Needham, MA. The role involves overnight coverage (8 p.m.–8 a.m., Wednesday–Friday) with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour and weekly pay.

You will gain hands-on experience across industries and use a shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits your availability. Responsibilities include patrolling, enforcing rules, reporting incidents, and assisting clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions creating security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or summon police/fire department in emergencies.
• Warn violators of infractions (loitering, smoking, etc.).
• Permit authorized entry and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe personnel to protect property and ensure authorized removal.
• Investigate incidents and maintain required logs/reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as needed.
