Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in North Naples, Florida is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to implement security and emergency services programs and provide outreach within the community.

This role requires patrols, rapid response to medical and security calls, enforcement of traffic rules, and precise incident reporting, with certifications in EMR/EMT and CPR, plus completion of AHCA background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
• EMR certification within 30 days of hire desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to calls for service from dispatch and security.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care per basic protocols.
• Follow up on reports of missing items, theft, vandalism, etc.
• Coordinate with local police, fire, and EMS during emergencies.
• Complete thorough incident reports using the online system.
