Job summary

Discovery Land Company's Troubadour Golf & Field Club in Nashville, TN seeks a Community Safety and Security Supervisor for the 3rd shift. Lead a security team, enforce safety standards, and respond to incidents to protect guests, staff, and assets.

The role requires 4+ years in armed security or law enforcement, supervisory experience, and valid TN licenses. Expect to work outdoors/indoor environments, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Armed security or law enforcement background required; 4+ years.
• Proven supervisory experience in security environment.
• Valid TN Armed Guard License with Dallas Law training.
• ECWP or HR 218 certification required before employment.
• Valid TN Driver’s License and clean background.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service aligned with company standards.
• Protect client assets including people, facilities, property, and reputation.
• Conduct quarterly training including firearms qualification and tactics.
• Respond to emergencies with urgency and coordinate with authorities.
• Maintain access control and investigate unauthorized access.
• Oversee daily shift operations and mentor officers.
• Complete reports and daily activity documentation.
• Meet fitness and duty requirements and pass annual tests.
