Raymond Management Company is seeking a Security professional for SpringHill Suites – St. Paul Downtown in Saint Paul, MN. The starting pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, with full-time employment and a night shift from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am.

Wage increases are planned at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance. Ideal candidates have security experience and strong communication skills, plus the ability to handle stressful situations.

Qualifications

• Previous security or similar role experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises to ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, investigate activity, and conduct security checks.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and emergencies professionally.
• Collaborate with front desk and management to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local safety regulations; report incidents as necessary.
• Assist with emergency response procedures and coordinate with local authorities when required.
