Qualifications

• Experience with security systems and access control preferred.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Pleasant and professional demeanor when interacting with visitors.
• Check IDs, log and direct all visitors/guests.
• Maintain access control and review cameras for safety.
• Troubleshoot and de-escalate unpredictable situations.
• Escalate major issues to appropriate parties and authorities.
