Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• SORA Certification required.
• Basic computer literacy and tech skills (radios, phones, computers).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Weekend and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Pleasant and professional demeanor when interacting with residents, guests, vendors, and management.
• Track all package deliveries and daily activities using building software.
• Log and inform residents of incoming visitors and direct them accordingly.
• Maintain access control and monitor cameras for resident safety.
• Handle administrative requests on behalf of Property Managers.
• Navigate, troubleshoot, and de-escalate situations during shifts.
