Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in heating, inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
• Valid Black Seal Boiler Operator License issued by NJ DOL.
• Driver's license only if vehicle operation is necessary to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, analyzes, and determines cleaning tasks and materials needed.
• Establishes and maintains effective work plans for custodial staff.
• Supervises cleaning, maintenance, and care of buildings and grounds.
• Oversees cleaning of desks, chairs, lighting fixtures, windows and furniture.
• Learns and uses agency recording and information systems.
