Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of custodial/maintenance experience.
• Current Black Seal Boiler Operator License (NJ).
• Valid NJ driver’s license if operating a vehicle is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and determine cleaning work and material needs.
• Establish work plans and supervise custodial staff.
• Oversee cleaning of desks, chairs, floors, lighting and fixtures.
• Supervise maintenance of grounds and building systems.
• Record-keeping for personnel, equipment and supplies.
