Job summary

Wilsonart in Temple, TX seeks a night shift Cut-To-Size Materials Operator to prepare and process cut materials for customer orders under foreman direction. You’ll verify material specs, maintain saw setup, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires reading tape measures to 16th, basic math, and familiarity with Excel/Word. Prior saw operation experience is preferred; rotating schedule includes weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or one year of relevant work history.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• 1 year experience in the Cut-To-Size Department including saw operation.

Responsibilities

• Cut material to specified measurements under Foreman direction.
• Write up and process material to be cut.
• Perform other tasks as required.
• Rotate night shift: Mon - Thu, 9pm - 7am.
