Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Sanitation Supervisor to oversee sanitation processes and lead a team of sanitation staff. You will ensure products meet quality standards and manage sanitation documentation while coordinating with management on improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and at least four years of lead sanitation/quality supervision, with strong knowledge of sanitation chemicals and GMPs. A fast-paced, collaborative plant environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
• At least four years leading sanitation/quality roles.
• Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and safe handling practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead sanitation teams with guidance and training.
• Develop and implement sanitation schedules.
• Report sanitation metrics to management with recommendations.
• Train staff on chemical safety and the seven steps of sanitation.
• Oversee GMPs, SOPs, and quality controls within sanitation.
• Audit sanitation processes and maintain documentation.
