Job summary

Old Dutch Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor for our Saint Paul, MN facility. The role leads a sanitation crew to uphold HACCP standards, trains staff, and coordinates cleaning across packaging and process areas.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in sanitation supervision, strong leadership, and knowledge of HACCP, FDA and OSHA regulations. This is an on-site, full-time position with a 40–45 hour workweek.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED and at least three years in sanitation supervision or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication and attention to detail are required.
• Experience with JDE is a plus and familiarity with HACCP, FDA and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation crew to maintain HACCP-compliant cleanliness across production areas.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure cost-effective sanitation operations.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety policies, and company practices.
• Report issues promptly and manage emergency situations calmly.
• Make decisions regarding staffing, discipline, and safety within guidelines.
• Oversee daily equipment and area inspections prior to production.
• Maintain sanitary records and ensure proper chemical inventories.
• Ensure safe working conditions and effective teamwork across shifts.
