Job summary

Woodlawn Health seeks a qualified Registered Polysomnographic Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) for the night shift. The role involves performing comprehensive sleep studies, scoring and interfacing with sleep software, and ensuring accurate diagnoses and treatment plans for patients with sleep disorders.

The ideal candidate has PSG/EEG training, Indiana licensure, and BLS certification, with 2+ years in sleep/EEG studies.

Qualifications

Education and training typically found and obtained in PSG, EEG, and/or respiratory therapy programs preferred.
Two years of experience in inpatient/outpatient sleep studies and EEG studies preferred.
Licensed/certified by the State of Indiana.
Must maintain BLS certification and be able to obtain BLS prior to direct patient care.

Responsibilities

Monitor electrophysiological activity in sleep and EEG modalities across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings.
Perform screening, patient hook-ups, equipment interfacing, troubleshooting, and scoring.
Work with patients from 3-year-old to geriatric age.
Process charges and necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
