Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Route Driver for Bluestar Refreshment Services in Fremont, CA. This full-time role involves delivering products, restocking vending machines, and engaging with customers on a daily route schedule from 2:00 am to 10:30 am.

The ideal candidate has 3 years driving experience, a valid Class C license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Training and a bonus program up to $500 are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license required.
• Preferred 1-2 years in a customer service role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products on an established route using a company vehicle.
• Maintain inventory and distribute products to vending machines.
• Provide excellent client and customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure safety, perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections, and keep the vehicle clean.
• Assist with setup of promotions and display materials as needed.
• Report defective equipment and follow operational procedures.
