Job summary

Wind River Environmental is hiring a Roll-Off Driver (Class A/B CDL) for the Night Shift in Durham, NC. You will safely operate roll-off trucks, back in tight spaces, and coordinate with dispatch and customers throughout the day.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with valid medical card.
• Clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Experience with roll-off or vacuum truck preferred.
• Able to work night shifts and outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Roll-Off truck to and from the plant site to the compost farm.
• Perform backing maneuvers in tight and overhead-constrained areas
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and the shop throughout the day
• Prep for jobs by checking equipment, tools, and materials
• Respond to service calls and emergency requests as needed
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety protocols
• Handle your equipment with care and keep your truck in top condition
• Rotate into on-call weekend/overtime work when scheduled
• Work outdoors in all weather — rain or shine, our customers count on us
