Worley is seeking a Rodbuster (Nights) to join the crew and reinforce concrete structures by reading blueprints and placing steel bars as directed. You will cut, bend, and secure rods, ensuring proper spacing and fastening, while handling materials and tools on night shifts.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in industrial construction or maintenance, with physical tasks and night work supported by a safety-conscious team in a demanding project environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience

Responsibilities

• Determines number, size, shape, and locations of reinforcing rods from blueprints, sketches, or oral instructions
• Positions and secures steel bars in concrete forms to reinforce concrete
• Selects and places rod in forms, spacing and fastening them together using wire and pliers
• Cuts bars to required lengths, using hacksaw, bar cutters or acetylene torch
• Bend steel rods with hand tools or rod bending machine
• Reinforce concrete with wire mesh
• Loads, transports, unloads material, tools, equipment, and supplies
