Worley is seeking a skilled Rodbuster (Nights) to support reinforcement work on concrete structures. The role involves reading blueprints or sketches, placing and securing steel bars, and using wire and pliers to connect components.

Hands-on duties include cutting, bending, and setting rods to specification. This position requires a minimum of 4 years in industrial construction/maintenance, with the ability to lift, climb, and handle physical tasks as part of a night shift crew.

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.

• Determines number, size, shape, and locations of reinforcing rods from blueprints, sketches, or oral instructions
• Positions and secures steel bars in concrete forms to reinforce concrete
• Selects and places rod in forms, spacing and fastening them together using wire and pliers
• Cuts bars to required lengths, using hacksaw, bar cutters or acetylene torch
• Bend steel rods with hand tools or rod bending machine
• Reinforce concrete with wire mesh
• Loads, transports, unloads material, tools, equipment, and supplies
