Job summary

Avalon Health Care Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Mervyn Sharp Bennion Veterans Home in Payson, UT. This full-time NOC shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) offers competitive hourly pay and a chance to care for veterans in a mission-driven environment.

You'll assess resident needs, administer medications, monitor outcomes, and supervise CNAs and nursing staff. A Utah RN license is required (NLC-eligible acceptable).

Qualifications

• Current Utah RN license (or NLC-eligible).
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Ability to work with residents, families, and team members.
• Knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
