Job summary

Vernon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for the night shift (3p–11p). You will lead a team of licensed nurses and caregivers, ensuring high-quality resident care, medication administration, and care plan implementation in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a CT RN license, at least 1 year of long-term care supervisory experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.

• Experience supervising licensed nurses and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed nurses and caregivers during the night shift.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality care, including medications and treatments.
• Manage and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth nursing department operations.
• Develop and implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide guidance and training to new staff members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care.
