Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and mentor a team of RNs and nursing staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care processes to identify improvements.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to drive quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching.
• Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards.
