Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a dedicated Baylor RN Supervisor for the night shift to lead a team of RNs and nursing staff, ensuring exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.

You will supervise, mentor, monitor care processes, participate in performance improvement, coordinate admissions and discharges, conduct appraisals, and maintain accurate records, while building strong relationships with patients, families, and the health care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in PA.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a supervisor or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and other nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care and promote a culture of excellence.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Manage and coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching to team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
