Job summary

Northwest Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift in the Skilled Nursing Unit at Oro Valley Hospital. The RN will provide patient-centered care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure safe administration of medications and treatments in a private-room environment.

At OVH, the RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, educate patients and families, and participate in evidence-based practice to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with active state licensure
• BCLS required
• ACLS preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Document care in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to plan and evaluate care.
