CareOne at Parsippany (SNF) is hiring an RN Shift Supervisor for the 11 PM–7 AM shift in Parsippany, NJ. This full-time role oversees nursing activities during the tour and serves as Administration's representative in their absence.

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license (or enrolled in an RN program) with 1+ year of supervisory experience in a health care setting. Our facility offers comprehensive healthcare benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in nursing or enrolled RN program and pursuing licensure.
• 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Active RN license or enrollment in RN program (LPN/LVN licensed acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee nursing activities during the tour.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Represent Administration in absence of leadership.
• Delegate administrative authority for assigned duties.
