Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on the night shift. The RN will provide and coordinate competent, evidence-based care across the care continuum, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

The role requires an ASN with Indiana RN licensure (NLC also acceptable) and BLS certification; BSN is preferred. Opportunities include ICU cross-training and professional development within IU Health’s PCU team.

Qualifications

• ASN is required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide evidence-based care across the patient care continuum.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to advance patient plans.
• Mentor and teach less experienced staff; participate in decision-making.
