Job summary

AdventHealth Apopka is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Night shift team in Apopka, Florida. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate families as part of a compassionate, faith-based healing ministry.

Eligible clinicians can advance through our Clinical Ladder for salary increases; the role requires ASN, FL RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, plus six months RN experience.

Qualifications

• ASN required; Florida RN licensure; BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum six months RN experience.
• English fluency (read, verbal, written).
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
