The Ranch at Dove Tree, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the night shift at our Lubbock, Texas facility. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, supervise care by LPNs, CNAs, and other staff on the unit, and develop individualized plans of care for clients with behavioral health needs.

You will assess clients, communicate with the interdisciplinary team, document thoroughly, administer medications, and participate in unit activities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years' nursing experience in a clinical area preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environment preferred.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and administration procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assess and plan individualized nursing care on assigned unit.
• Administer medications safely using at least two identifiers.
• Transcribe and review provider orders per policy and procedures.
