Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in the State of Arizona is required
• BLS certification required
• 5+ years of RN experience or 1 year float experience (as applicable) may be required
• BSN within 60 months of hire preferred

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop an individualized care plan.
• Administer medications and IV therapy with careful dosage checks.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on post-care needs and home management.
