Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital/ Mass General Brigham seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift on-site at 789 Central Avenue. You will assess patients, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, individualized care.

Qualifications include RN licensure, 1+ year clinical nursing experience, and BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS are preferred. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience 1+ year required.
• Must hold RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
