Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Observation/ER RN to provide individualized nursing care, interpret medical plans, and ensure safe nursing practices for night shift coverage in Dover, NH at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and requires 2+ years of clinical experience with an NH RN license and BLS certification.

Applicants should hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Current NH RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred.
• NRP preferred.
• PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients.
• Make clinical decisions regarding nursing care.
• Ensure nursing care is provided safely and competently.
• Provide individualized nursing care and evaluate care for groups of patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, document, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and changing conditions.
