Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Step Down Unit at the Level II Trauma Center. This role focuses on high-acuity neurological patients in a newly built unit equipped with advanced technology, offering opportunities to sharpen specialized skills.

You will work night shifts in a 17-bed SDU, with incentives including sign-on bonus and relocation. Idaho residency required within 6 months; Idaho or multistate RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS

Qualifications

• Idaho or multistate RN license; residency in Idaho within 6 months if applicable.
• BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines.

Responsabilités

• Care for high-acuity neurological patients in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Deliver care in a 17-bed Neuro Step Down Unit using advanced clinical skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize and monitor patients.
• Provide post-operative and neurological care for conditions such as brain injuries, seizures, strokes.
