Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a staff nurse for the Nephrology/Urology Unit in Athens, GA. The unit offers hemodialysis and specialized urological care, with training in Peritoneal Dialysis, the only hospital in Athens to provide this service. Night shift 7pm-7am; sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates eligible.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions preferred.
• RN - Georgia state licensure or multi-state licensure required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
