Job summary

St. Luke’s Elmore Med-Surg is seeking a compassionate RN to join a 15-bed Med-Surg unit in Mountain Home, ID. You will care for a diverse medical patient population and may cross-train with Women’s Services to support postpartum care and newborns.

The role offers a supportive, family-like work environment with opportunities for professional development and advancement. Night shifts (7p-7a) are available, with differential pay and relocation/sign-on bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelors Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; Current BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide care to general medical patients on Med-Surg.
• Cross-trains with Women’s Services to care for postpartum patients and newborns.
• Collaborate with unit team to ensure patient-centered care and safety.
