Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MA).
• BSN strongly encouraged as preferred.
• Work experience in Med/Surg/Telemetry unit is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress.
• Observe and evaluate therapy effectiveness to guide clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
