Job summary

Abington Memorial Hospital in Montgomery County, PA, part of Jefferson Health, seeks a Part-time RN for Nights on 4B Overflow/Med Surg. You will apply the nursing process to plan and deliver individualized patient care, partner with families, and ensure safety and quality in a diverse setting.

You will thrive in a team-based environment, use health IT for documentation, and participate in continuous learning and precepting opportunities. Active PA RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a nursing program accredited by a recognized body.
• BSN preferred; advanced degree within 3 years is desirable.
• 1 year of RN acute care experience preferred.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with patients and families to identify learning needs and plan care.
• Follow protocols to minimize risk and ensure safety.
• Use health IT to document, communicate, and support care decisions.
