Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg General Surgery 3W on the night shift.

You will utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinate with other departments, and maintain patient rights and confidentiality while upholding Mercy service standards. This full-time role requires Missouri RN license (or compact), active BLS, and hospital experience is preferred for this unit.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Previous hospital experience preferred depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and evaluates care effectiveness.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
