RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated RN for the Maternal-Child Float Pool at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. This full-time night-shift role involves floating across Maternal-Child areas, delivering expert nursing care to newborns through age 21 and supporting mothers and families.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in New Jersey, with BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications, and at least one year of current experience in L&D, PICU, Pedi, MB, or NICU.

Qualifications

• RN degree and NJ RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications.
• At least 1 year current experience in L&D, PICU, Pedi, MB or NICU.

Responsibilities

• Floating to all Maternal Child Health areas, caring for newborns to age 21.
• Collaborating with teams to ensure quality patient care and safety.
