The Club Health & Rehab Center in The Villages, FL welcomes applications for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for the overnight shift (11pm–7am). The role provides direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with the nursing team to support resident needs.

Qualifications

• Florida RN or LPN license current.
• 1 year related nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Highest level of professionalism with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Team-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and per nursing standards.
• Obtain changes in physician orders as residents progress.
• Communicate resident condition to charge nurses and Director of Nursing.
• Maintain clean and stocked treatment cart and supplies.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and facility policies.
• Document wound/pressure sore status and changes.
• Monitor inventory of medications and supplies.
• Educate residents and families on skin care at discharge.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities and special projects.
