Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK, is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse for the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a full-time basis. The role covers management and delivery of patient care using the nursing process, with potential to float to other units and participate in on-call status.

Qualified applicants must hold an Oklahoma RN license (or multistate license), BLS, and meet site-specific competencies.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or a multistate license (eNLC) required.
• BLS (American Red Cross or AHA) within 30 days of hire; Hospice: CPR in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• May float to other units and participate in on-call status.
• Adhere to patient safety goals and population-specific competencies.
• Supervise and coordinate care with licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and students.
