Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night-shift role in Cincinnati, OH. The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care following the nursing process, develop care plans with patients and families, and communicate clinical changes to the care team.

Discharge planning involvement is included. Minimum qualifications include active RN licensure and BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross; online cert not accepted).

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an RN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA/Red Cross; online cert not acceptable.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care following the nursing process.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patients' clinical condition with physicians and nursing leadership.
• Participate in discharge planning.
