Qualifications

• RN with Texas licensure and BLS, 12 months RN experience in healthcare
• Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and interprofessional teams
• Leadership or preceptorship experience preferred or potential for shared governance involvement

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and deliver direct patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
