Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Charleston, WV is seeking a House Supervisor RN for 7-7 nights. This role includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and leadership over a critical care team within a post-ICU recovery setting.

Minimum RN license with BLS/ACLS at hire; 5 years CCU/critical care and management experience preferred; BSN preferred. Start Strong orientation and tuition support are offered, along with PTO, benefits, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.
